No. 209 Gin
1.00 oz.
Peach and Peppercorn Syrup*
0.50 oz.
lemon juice
2.00 oz.
Cava

Mint Leaf

Shake gin, lemon juice, and peach syrup with ice. Strain into a bucket glass, top with ice and cava. Garnish with a mint sprig.

* Peach & Peppercorn Syrup: 

2 cups water

2 cups suger

2 TBLS Cracked Green and Black Pepper

Perfect Puree Beverage Artistry Peach Mix

Bring 2 cups water, 2 cups sugar,  and 2 tablespoons cracked green and black pepper to a boil and then remove from heat.  Allow to infuse overnight and strain through a cheese cloth.  Allow The Perfect Puree Beverage Artistry Peach to thaw.  Mix  7 oz strained syrup to 1 Qt Perfect Puree.
