Campari
0.50 oz.
Coconut Milk
1.00 oz.
pineapple juice
0.75 oz.
lemon juice
0.50 oz.
simple syrup
2.00 oz.
Fresh Coconut Water

Combine all ingredients, quick blend with both crushed and cubed ice & pour into coconut or big hurricane glass.  Garnish with a pineapple wedge and an umbrella.
