- No. 209 Gin
- 0.50 oz.
- lemon juice
- 0.50
- Organic Egg Whites
- 0.50 oz.
- Bergamot Syrup*
- 1.00
- Dash of Boston Bitta's
Dry shake egg whites for 20 seconds. Add simple syrup, gin, lemon juice, ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass and add a dash of bitters and garnish with bergamot peel.
*Bergamot Syrup: Steep dried bergamot oranges in 1:1 Simple Syrup for 20 minutes.
