Fresh Blueberries, Muddled
0.33 oz.
Crème de Myrtille
0.50 oz.
Pasteurised Egg White
0.66 oz.
lemon juice
0.33 oz.
simple syrup

Muddle fresh Blueberries, shake and double strain.  Add other ingredients and shake vigorously over ice.  Strain into a coupette.

*Adjust lemon juice and simple syrup to personal taste.
