- Lake County Pear Puree
- 0.75 oz.
- Ginger Walnut Syrup
- 0.50 oz.
- lemon juice
- 8.00
- Drops Tincture of Cinnamon
- Dash egg white
- 1.00
- Pear chip
- Nutmeg, grated
- Walnut, grated
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and dry shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake. Double-strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with pear chip, grated walnut, grated nutmeg and rosemary flowers.
