- Mathilde Pear Liqueur

- ginger root

- orange peel
- 0.12 oz.
- grapefruit bitters
Add ginger roots and pear liqueur to glass. Muddle ginger roots and add remaining ingredients. Stir over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Meyer lemon peel.
