Add gin, gomme, pomegranate liqueur and mint leaves in a Boston shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and double strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with mint leaf.

The full name of the cocktail is "The Pama Mojito Martini ". It consists of your excellent 209 Gin & Pama Pomegranate Liqueur. Then, rather than build this mojito with mint & crushed ice, we shake & strain before pouring into a chilled Martini glass, thus, this cocktail is neither a mojito or martini but rather a cross between both. This also breaks the boundaries of a conventional mojito by not being rum based.
