- No. 209 Gin
- 0.25 oz.
- ripe peach, diced
- 0.50 oz.
- simple syrup
- 0.50 oz.
- lemon juice
- 4.00
- Mint leaves
- soda water
Lightly muddle the mint leaves in a mixing glass with simple syrup. Add diced peah and muddle again to form a paste. Add ice, gin and lemon juice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda.
