Dash of rice vinegar
1.50 oz.
No. 209 Gin
0.50 oz.
Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
0.25 oz.
Massenez Crème de Pêche
0.25 oz.
Earl Grey/Fennel Syrup*

Shake vigorously.  Strain in a cocktail glass and garnish with a fennel frond.

*Earl Grey/Fennel Syrup:

  • ½ qt Earl Grey Tea
  • ½ qt Granulated sugar
  • ½ cup chopped fennel

Add equal parts (1/2 qt) Earl Grey Tea and granulated sugar to a saucepan.  Heat to boil and then let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes with ½ cup of chopped fennel.  Let cool before using.
