- Dash of rice vinegar
- 1.50 oz.
- No. 209 Gin
- 0.50 oz.
- Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
- 0.25 oz.
- Massenez Crème de Pêche
- 0.25 oz.
- Earl Grey/Fennel Syrup*
Shake vigorously. Strain in a cocktail glass and garnish with a fennel frond.
*Earl Grey/Fennel Syrup:
- ½ qt Earl Grey Tea
- ½ qt Granulated sugar
- ½ cup chopped fennel
Add equal parts (1/2 qt) Earl Grey Tea and granulated sugar to a saucepan. Heat to boil and then let simmer on low heat for 10 minutes with ½ cup of chopped fennel. Let cool before using.
